The process and timeline
We plan for about two weeks from a signed scope and your content to a live site. The delivery date goes in the written scope, and we tell you up front if a job needs longer.
Twenty minutes by phone or video: what you do, where, who your customers are, and what you want them to do on the site.
Pages, content, imagery, delivery date and price in one document. Nothing is agreed until you have read and accepted it.
You send services, areas, contact details, logo and any real photos. We build the site and check it on phone and desktop before you see it.
You see a private preview and ask for changes. Launch includes one revision round; the others are in the scope.
We publish on your domain, test the enquiry form end to end, and set up analytics and Search Console. You get a short handover note.
Care and growth
Optional, and the site is yours either way. Care plans end on 30 days' notice; Local Growth and Local Growth Plus have a three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. We do not promise rankings or a number of enquiries.

Local SEO
We build the foundations search engines look for and that customers need, and we measure what happens. We do not promise rankings or a number of leads.
Each page is written for that job and place, with its own content for the service and the town.
Business name, address, phone and opening hours are the same on the site, in structured data and in the listings we submit for you.
Google Search Console and analytics are set up at launch, so you can see what people searched, what they clicked and which enquiries arrived.
You own it. We guide you through setting it up and keeping it accurate. We are based in Dublin and build for businesses anywhere in Ireland.

Launch is €795, Local is €1,490 and Local + Assist is €2,490, all excluding VAT. After launch you can take hosting and care at €49 or €79 a month, or a growth plan at €395 or €695 a month that also works on being found locally. €149 automation care applies only where we also run an automation for you.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We build the local SEO foundations, set up measurement and report honestly on what happens.
Real photos of your work are best and we use them as supplied. If you have none, we use clearly labelled illustrations or licensed stock. We never present generated pictures as photographs of your jobs.
Your services, the areas you cover, phone and email, opening hours, your logo if you have one, any real photos, and any licences or insurance you want shown. We list exactly what we need in the written scope.
Care plans include a monthly allowance of edits. Outside a plan, changes are quoted in advance before any work starts.
Yes, with Local + Assist: an instant reply to form enquiries and reminders to follow up quotes. The rules are agreed with you in writing before go-live, and any messaging or phone fees are paid on your own accounts.
Start with a free 20-minute intro call. If automation looks worthwhile, Map the Load is a 90-minute session and written report for €295 ex VAT, refunded in full if we find no job worth automating and credited against a build that starts within 60 days. Text-Back Starter is €495 plus €49 a month; Text-Back Connected starts from €1,250; the Enquiry to Quote pack for trades is €3,450.
