Is this just a chatbot?
No. Most of what we build has no chat window. It is the follow-up text, the reminder and the report, done on time without anyone chasing it.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. The intro call is free and takes 20 minutes, and you leave knowing the one job we would automate first. Map the Load (€295 ex VAT) is the paid next step, with a full refund if we find no job worth automating.
What if it sends something wrong?
Every message follows rules you approve in writing, every action is logged, and it runs beside your old way for two weeks before it takes over. Anything unusual goes to you instead of the customer.
Who pays for the texts?
On Text-Back Starter, the number and up to 150 texts a month are included in the €49. On bigger builds you pay phone and messaging fees directly to the provider, usually a few euro a month, and we quote them up front.
Do you work outside Dublin?
Yes. We are based in Dublin and work with businesses anywhere in Ireland, by phone and video.
What happens if you disappear?
You own the accounts, logins, files and delivered system. We provide a runbook and handover, and the work is built on your accounts so another operator can take it on.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already use and only suggest a new service when it removes a real constraint. Any dependency is named before the build.
What about my customers' data (GDPR)?
We map what data is used, why it is needed and which providers handle it before work starts. Your team approves the rules, and we keep sensitive judgement calls with people.
How long until it is live?
A first system usually runs beside the old way within a few weeks. We give a delivery date in the written scope and say up front if the job needs longer.
