What can and cannot be automated?
Repeated jobs with clear inputs automate well: replies, reminders, routing, documents and reports. Judgement calls and sensitive conversations stay with your team. We say so before we quote.
Where does my data go?
Systems run on your own accounts. We tell you in writing which providers a workflow depends on and where they keep data before anything is built.
What are the running costs?
You pay any model, phone or messaging fees directly to the providers, usually a few euro to a few tens of euro a month. We quote the likely monthly sum in the scope.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every workflow has fallbacks to your team and a log of what it did. It runs beside the old way for two weeks before it takes over, and optional care covers monitoring and fixes.
