The content on this site is provided for general information about ThinkStack Limited (registered in Ireland, company number 808910) and its services. It is not advice for your particular situation, and nothing here forms a contract until a written scope is agreed.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything and does not commit ThinkStack to accept work. Quotes are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise and are based on the scope described at the time.
Delivered work
Each engagement has a written scope covering what is built, what is handed over, timelines and price. Work is delivered on your accounts and in your repositories wherever practical, and you own the delivered system on final payment. ThinkStack keeps the right to reuse general techniques, tooling and know-how that are not specific to your business.
Payment
Invoices are payable within fourteen days unless the scope says otherwise. Work may pause where invoices are more than thirty days overdue. Fees exclude VAT. ThinkStack is not currently VAT-registered and charges no VAT. If ThinkStack registers for VAT, VAT will be added at the applicable rate from the registration date, and we will give you notice.
Map the Load guarantee
If the written report from a Map the Load session does not identify at least one job we would offer to automate at a fixed price, tell us within 14 days of receiving the report and we will refund the session fee in full. The fee is also credited in full against a build that starts within 60 days of the report, or against an AI Audit.
Text-Back Starter
Text-Back Starter is a monthly service: a setup fee, then a monthly fee that includes the forwarding number and up to 150 text messages a month. Use above that is quoted before it is charged. Either side may end the service on 30 days' notice; the number stays with ThinkStack.
Monthly plans
Care plans and Automation care can be ended by either side on 30 days' notice. Local Growth, Local Growth Plus and the managed automation plans (Run, Grow and Scale) have a three-month minimum, then end on 30 days' notice. Unused hours do not roll over. Work bigger than a plan's hours is quoted as a separate job before it starts.
Liability
ThinkStack will perform work with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
Third-party services
Delivered systems often rely on third-party platforms and models. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and we will tell you which ones a system depends on before it is built.
Governing law
Irish law applies to these terms and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. This version is dated October 2026.
